OUR TEAM
DRCC has highly qualified clinical auditors and HEDIS reviewers abstractors, which include but not limited to nurses, foreign medical graduates, certified healthcare records reviewers (CHRR), and NCQA and CMAS certified auditors.
Our call center staff are talented indiviuals with experience in chart chasing, medical record retrieval, members' outreach and chronic care managment.
